I have been hurt, and I have been burned.
I am the survivor of breast cancer and homelessness, losing a child, government corruption and people who claimed to be friends, but did not understand the meaning of the word.
If you want to play with me, understand that I am skittish, I am going to always be careful, because the cost is too high and I have lost way too much. But if you are my friend, a true and not fake friend, I am a ride or die kind of gal. I will stand by you.
